We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at utililearn@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different item? No problem — we allow exchanges. The fastest way is to request a return, and once it’s accepted, let us know which item you’d like instead. We’ll process the exchange or issue a refund and you can place a new order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
